What is the diameter of the main bottle?

The bottle measures about 4.5 inches in diameter

I know it says "works with most solvents" But Iwanted to ask anyway. Will this work with brake clean?

Can’t say, I bought it for the purpose of using car cleaning chemicals and it works fine for that purpose

How fine of a mist can it spray

The mist density, on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being very fine, is about 3-4, depending on the substance being sprayed.
