It can be hard to know if a supplement is working (at least for me) but my research shows that this is an excellent supplement to deal with stress and to help related to stress with weight loss. I feel more energetic since starting it and I think that my memory is also a bit better. I’d suggest two gel caps a day for a couple of months, or until you notice a difference. Then taper down to one a day. Good product, works well.
