Good Quality Maple Syrup
The Hidden Springs Maple Organic Vermont Maple Syrup is a staple in my pantry. The seal is better than some brands that I purchased recently. I eat a lot of maple syrup; I am delighted to find an organic version from Vermont. The maple syrup itself is dark and has a strong flavor. Additionally, I concur with other reviews that the maple syrup is more watery than I expected; it remains to be seen whether future batches will thicken up. However, I like it so far.

Best Syrup EVER!
I have purchased this brand a couple of times and just LOVE IT! I have had the darker kind, and it is just as wonderful. So much maple flavor, I did not find it to be watery as some reviews have stated but not overly thick either. I can say it is the BEST syrup to have on pumpkin pancakes!!! I use it for glaze on spice cakes, for cookie frosting, and put some in pumpkin pie...sooooo good. I've used this brand for a couple of years and will NEVER go back to the corn syrup, imitation garbage syrup. VERY happy with this brand.

This is a quality maple syrup, flavorful, the right consistency and a good value but... and this is a big but...it gets a 4 star because I sought out and purchased syrup that claimed to be dark and to be robust. Their page even describes the difference between dark and amber.
