**Q: The rain head and the handheld both run at the same time.  How do I get it to run independently?**
A: I turn the control knob all the way to the right to have only the shower head functioning and all the way to the left to use only the handheld.

**Q: I am having problems installing the valve and cannot get enough water pressure. Any suggestions?**
