I am using a full capful in my HE washer. I don't smell anything. Am I doing something wrong?** A: My son uses this on his clothes and when he leaves half of them home and goes to college the smell is so strong I still smell it on them when he comes home and uses them. I started washing clothes in my HE washer using the pre-soak function every time after I noticed my sheets would come out with bone dry patches on them. The water saving feature seems to be the problem with getting things properly cleaned and really washed/the detergent soaked in the fabric. It solved the problem and I get the smell I mentioned. **Q: Does this really get the dirt out? I want my clothes to come out smelling good and come out clean. I’ve been passing it by for years. Should it mix it** A: I've been using Zum for years. It does a good job of cleaning, but for oily or protein-based stains I soak with a pre-wash product like Oxiclean and/or a spray product. I sometimes, for very dirty clothes use a regular detergent in a prewash and Zum for the main wash. For scents, I particularly like frankincense and myrrh; lavender cedar and sea salt very nice. For a lasing scent the patchouli lingers most. **Q: There is a warning stating product exposes Lead.** A: What is your question? Are you asking if this product has lead in it? I would contact the manufacture for the details. **Q: What fragrance is in the frankincense & myrrh. I smoell patchouli on friend she says mom uses this but there is patchouli only too?** A: They do have one with patchouli , it all smells lovely.
