No. It’s not waterproof. We tested bittle in the rain, but it's not recommended for regular users.

You can download the mobile app from Apple Store or Google Play. The firmware of the robot itself can be upgraded through Arduino IDE or our desktop app.

How many joints does a Bittle robot dog have?

Bittle has one joint in the neck for panning and two joints on each leg.

What microphone should I buy to use with the robotic dog Bittle?

You can plug a regular mini USB microphone into a Raspberry Pi and attach the Pi to Bittle. We are also going to release a voice command module that can be plugged into Bittle's NyBoard directly.
