A: Yes any temp between 95-158.

**Q: How long does the food stay fresh for?**
A: We have kept dried (trail mix), for weeks in the fridge. Dried peppers etc for months

**Q: Are these plastic trays?**
A: Yes

**Q: Do you have to rotate the trays during the drying cycle?**
A: It's not necessary. Drying is even. But you certainly can.

I needed something to dry my filaments. This worked out great. I can stuff 5 rolls of 1kg rolls in the unit after taking out all the trays. Took my filaments from 30% moisture to 15% in a couple hours. Get this dehydrator instead of those filament dryers. This gets so much hotter, the filament dryers only get up to 40c. Its so easy to use with the simple sensored buttons and magnetic door. Very quiet too.A must have unit for anyone who owns a 3d printer.This costs twice as much as those round stackable units but holds 5 rolls of filament vs 2.I throw a bunch of dry packets inside and use it as a filament storage too.Probably works really well making jerky too😅

Uso la deshidratadora para figuras de azúcar para mi pastelería, ya tenia otra y necesitaba una más grande, no hace casi nada de ruido, esta muy bien nivelada, solo tiene un detalle en la puerta ya que está floja y se cae, siento que es muy delgada y por eso se suele caer, no se si otras tengan el mismo detalle pero no afecta su función

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best dehydrators I've ever owned

We eat a lot of fruit in our house and dehydrating is a great way to take it with us on hikes or dry canning when it goes on sale and we buy a bunch. After burning out several different dehydrators we have been thrilled with this and its been put through the paces. The first week we did a half a dozen pineapples, 9 bunches of bananas and a handful of kiwis. The second week was all about apple and strawberry chips and herbs from my tea garden. It's used at least a couple times a week since.Relatively easy to clean. We use a nylon scrub brush and it works really well. I was amazed at how quiet it is. Even standing next to it it's hard to hear it going. My only complaint is that it did take some tweaking on temps and times with the various things we've dried. Not at all what the booklet had listed but not hard to figure out either. I do not like the fruit leather tray at all that came with it. Outside of that it fits nicely on my countertop and works beautifully.
