## Questions & Answers

**Q: do these dispensers come with the special wrench to change parts from the inside?**
A: There is a key with a nipper to be used in order to open the lid on top the dispenser for refilling the liquid soap. There is no wrench necessary for mounting, but if you prefer to mount the dispenser on a wall with ankers (rather than gluing with a construction adhesive) then you may need a drill and a Phillips screwdriver. There are no parts which can be changed from inside either.

**Q: does this dispenser foams the soap**
A: No, this is a Liquid soap dispenser

**Q: what kind of soap do you recommend for this dispenser?**
A: Cynthia,
we recommend all-purpose hand soaps, non-iodine based soaps and do not use alcohol based sensitizers. To prevent
corrosion of the tank, use only chloride-free pH-neutral liquid soaps.

**Q: Please can you arrange shipment for abu dhabi? i need 5 nos**
A: No. We do not ship out of the USA. Thanks
