Good fit

I want to preface this rating by saying I am a Scotsman and I am used to having great socks so this might not be fair. I usually buy more than twice the price for the Scottish socks that I wear with my Kilt. That being said, the producers of these socks Bost that they are very durable, comfortable, and long-lasting. They are just what you are paying for. I have worn them once and they have lost color and shape. One is stretched out and is almost unwearable. I think if you want a very good to excellent sock. I would pass on these. If you want something that functions just fine, you should get them. I am a traditionalist and I will spend more in the future. I hope this helped you.

Perfect and nice for my height

I purchased 2 pair of $13.99 hose from Amazon, one medium, this pair is large. These are slightly darker than the others, the internal weaving has a black component. The mediums are a bit too short, I'm 5'9", they don't have enough for a good rollover / cuff. These are plenty long. The length of the foot on these is long, my shoe size is 10.5-11. A smart trick is to shorten the toe, darn the end farther back. Both pair are almost indentical otherwise, really nice hose for the money!! I like to wear 2 pair of hose, especially the less expensive ones. Put the long ones on first then the shorter ones, roll the top down. With multiple colors, you can really change up your look. I'm on my way to buying every color, changing up my kits!

These are much shorter than actual kilt hose, these only go to mid calf rather than the knee; I guess these would get you by in a pinch, but length and quality don't compare to my made in Scotland kilt hose, so I returned them, as they wouldn't be suitable for a formal occasion.
