Us made vest i have is size " l ".what size should i order for a loose fit ?

I always wear American XL in any of the self shirt, jacket, coat & always get loose fit. This vest is oddly cut. Got a XL but it was tight to get on/off, to right to zip & zipper fly is on the left side! Returned.

Is this vest true to size?

I noticed in some of the reviews they complained about the size. But, I ordered an XL and it was just the right size.

Where is this product manufactured?

China. Don't buy it! It's made for a midget. I ordered the biggest size possible, but it still was very small.
