Pasta Maker Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixers, Dishwasher Safe

I bought this pasta maker back in 2022, and it has been a great addition to my kitchen. It makes homemade pasta much easier and really helps simplify dinner prep. I’ve enjoyed using it over the years so much that I bought it again this year ( 2026), and I’m loving it even more. Overall, it’s a great product, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys making fresh pasta at home.

This attachment is well worth the cost. It works extremly well. I wish I had purchased it a long time ago. It is so much better than hand rolling the dough to make egg noodles. It is much faster and more uniform than a rolling pin! I would purchase this again!

As expected

This company goes above and beyond to resolve any issues at all. I have read some of the negative reviews on this item. I have used mine a few times now and I would like to state some issues and what I have found about this item. First: if your pasta is more of a "wet" type old time recipe, you can not use this item to press or cut your "wet" pasta. Second: If you are attempting to make egg roll wrappers, this is the item you want to use. Start at the largest setting, fold dust with flour and run back through, drop down the thickness 1 number lower each time remembering to lightly dust with flour if needed. Once you get to 3 you will want to start gently pulling the edges to ensure it's the full width of the press. Make sure you don't let the past lay over the cutting side or it will grab the pasta/dough. You will need to gently support the pasta as it goes into the press - this works best on #2 on your kitchenaid stand mixer. I think most of the negative reviews have been due to the inexperience of the person using this item. with some time and practice this machine works amazingly well.

I returned a different pasta maker that was manual for this one which attaches to my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. This is so much easier to use than the manual one I first purchased. Most importantly, it is easier to clean.

We love this!! We have established pasta making nights and all are on board making ravioli together.

The gear broke the very first time we used it. Got this with the kitchen aid mixer as a Christmas present. We just tried to use it for the first time. It went crazy and started cutting when it should have been rolling. Then it just stopped working all together. We tried cleaning it. We opened it up and found that the gears were completely broken. Not worth the money!!!

This is a fantastic addition to the kitchenaid. Use to use a hand roller when making pasta, it never worked very well. This one however works great, and makes pasta the correct size. Use this a couple times a month and I can easily portion the pasta out into individual servings, freeze them and toss in the ball of frozen pasta into boiling water and 60 s it is typically done.
