whats the length of the pliers?

Over all length is 7 5/8 inches. The cutting end is 2 1/2 inches

spring fell out, any advice how to put it back in ?

Dear Sir, It is easily to use a tweezer to put the spring back into the pliers.

Are the strippers insulated

I believe the handle is insulated but note that I returned these due to jaw misalignment, making the plier function unusable.
