Polish the nails however you usually do, wait at least 45 seconds (I wait at least a full minute) then spray onto the polish from 6 inches away. I've never heard of spray on nail polish. **Q: do you spray its over each nail ?** A: Yes you do. It's kind of oily. I usually wait until my nails have dried several minutes, then spray it over each one. I'm terrible about sitting still long enough for my nails to dry all the way and always end up messing up the polish, so this does help. **Q: Can I use this with no uv gel nail polish?** A: Do you mean on polish that is NOT uv gel polish? If so, YES! I use it on regular polish all the time, works really well! I highly recommend this product. **Q: Will this ruin a matte top coat and make it glossy?** A: I used it on a matte polish and unfortunately yes, it changed the finish a bit. Not glossy exactly, but it was shinier than it normally is with my matte polish. I prefer to just let those air dry.
