Our OT recommended this stool for our son who is a wiggle ...
Our OT recommended this stool for our son who is a wiggle worm while reading a working. It is building his core muscles and really helping him to align his back instead of slouch. My only request is to have one that actually has an extension to a normal table size. He can only use it at his small desk.

Not durable
I purchased two stools for the use of two students who needed them. Within two weeks one stool developed a crack in its base and another became wobbly and destroyed the rubber cover on the stand. I stopped letting kids use these because of safety concerns.
