The product broke down in less than two (2) weeks. The small screen stopped working and the large screen followed suit inside a few days ! The speakers work intermittently! This all within two weeks and is such a loss of funds and waste of money!

The outside screen stopped working..and inside one freeze...I'm soo disappointed

Returned the item due to network issue and heating

El único problema es que no pude adquirir El Samsung Care por ser equipo internacional, pero eso es un problema de Samsung. El celular es un lujo, es una maravilla 100% recomendable, ya no podría regresar a un celular como los de antes. Gracias

Excelente producto y vendedor. Estoy feliz!! Corrección "estaba feliz en el momento de la compra" sin saber que unos meses después la batería dura NADA! Y ya no pude reclamar porque su garantía era muy corta. Aconsejo lo compren en distribuidora autorizada o directamente en Samsung

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this phone. I had a Fold 1 I bought used from Amazon for a steal and it was an amazing experience. It's no different for the fold 3 and all of the improvements were welcomed. I used this phone every single day. I am a delivery driver so I sweat a lot in the Florida heat and it might be the reason this phone is having issues for me now. Unfortunately it doesn't charge sometimes. I have to flip a USB C cable over. (Changing cables or charger doesn't help). It now charges slowly. My phone has a super rare T-Mobile issue where 5g can't connect well and call quality struggles to stay connected. There is a software patch and I installed It but now my battery drains rapidly. Coupled with charging issues. My Fold 3 is done. I can't afford to miss any more calls. So I now have to look into switching to the S21 Ultra since there's excellent deals on Amazon. I love my Fold 3. I'm so happy the screen didn't crack. And I never had charging issues. But I'm sad that I can't use it for it's most basic phone features anymore. I can't trade it in either because it's considered damaged now. My advice? If you sweat a lot at your job. Please use a USB c cover and charge wirelessly. Don't risk it like me.

I saw the fold phones as gimmick let downs when they first came out, never owned one, so just speculated, but thought they were just overpriced and probably not worth the investment. I finally caved after seeing all the positive reviews for this fold 3 and it is pretty awesome. Something about just folding the phone and the screen closing is kind of mesmerizing, something you just have to experience for yourself to understand. It feels really firm and has a weight to it when you do it, it doesn't feel flimsy or breakable. I've played a few games like League of Legends Wild Rift and after playing it on my Z Fold 3 I don't know how I'll ever go back. For the price point though at $1800 dollars I wouldn't say it's a phone that anyone needs at all, but if you can afford it and are someone that keeps phones 2 - 3 years instead of upgrading every single year and like the idea of it, I would say it's worth checking out. This phone defiantly excels when playing games, watching shows/movies, and multitasking. Could also be worth just having if you are the kind of person that carries around a phone and a tablet, with the Z Fold 3 you have both devices in one.
