Compré está báscula que me ha ayudado mucho al control de peso. Son embargo, me he pesado en muchas otras básculas y está marca 6 kgs de diferencia. Hay manera de calibrar la báscula?

It’s not 100 percent accurate, but it will give you ball park information and it’s a lot of information. BMI, muscle percentage, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, skeletal mass, etc I did find out you need a flat floor, no loose or bumpy tiles, and it’s better if you remain still. I have another scales and the one I have is reading the same weight. I work out 6 days a week. The scale has given me ball park information directing areas that need work. Nope not going to say what it is I’m a bit stressed they were bad. :)
