I bought this for heartburn pills. I always seem to need one when I don’t have one! The size is perfect. I have one pill in my holder and I carry it everywhere I go. It might hold more but I only need one. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Overall, the item is good quality. The threading is a bit sloppy; very low tolerance. Feels like you could pull the cap straight off the threads, stripping them.

I wear this all day every day and have for over a year. It has only come unscrewed once, and I'm fairly certain it was because I didn't tighten it properly. I generally wear this on my neck, and sometimes in my backpocket. It is always great in both situations. Unlike most of these, the rubber oring is covered 100% by the stainless steel. This helps the screw stay tight without it being difficult to unscrew. It also means that the Oring doesnt wear out very fast. This can be submerged completely under water without any getting in. It is perfect for storing pills. It comes with two O rings in case the first eventually wears out. This has yet to happen to me. I did test it underwater without the Oring just out of curiosity and it still fared well. It only leaks a very small amount when fully submerged without the O ring, which is remarkable. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to carry a few pills with them at all times. It's the best item of this category that I've ever owned- and I've owned A LOT of them.
