Good product.
I purchased this product after seeing it at my friend's recoding studio. I use it at my home now. During pandemic I was unable to purchase this product. Then it would have been more satisfying. But now I use it regularly in my house. Early morning and during the sunset. We use Bhim camphor regularly. Though the cup received by me was slightly tilted, may be was a repired product. But I had no issue with it as it was working. (Customer should check if the cup is fixed properly) ROI for usage. But 2 stars for product projection.

Overall good product.
I have ordered n using from 1 month. In the beginning it was very good. I was very happy but now after 1 month only the lights are not working. N can not use camphor in it. Neither can use like bulb. So now waste of money.

Everything is good in the first use then it's light starts fluctuating then it stops emitting light
It's light is useless so the decorative part is worthless

Nice product
The product works well. It is easy to use and I within a couple of minutes you can start to notice the fragrance of your essential oil spread in your room. All in all a good product.

Looks and works just fine
The product works alright. I like the depth of the metal home holder - allows me to use more product like camphor or aroma pills in one go. The metal plate is non-detachable and so can only be cleaned by using a damp cloth. The item I received did have some defects (cracks on the ceramic, scratched plastic of the plug) but nothing to affect it's functionality. So I kept it. I wish there was a button for only heating without the night lamp turning on.

Bad purchase
Bad purchase. Looks beautiful though but doesn’t fit properly even with the adapter. I bought 3nos . 1 from here, 2 from India. All are trash. Very bad construction. Not worth it.
