No more major leg cramps
Major leg cramps, once you get you dosage down and get this quinine in your system for a few weeks, leg cramps are one less ache you will gratefully say goodbye to. I'm 75 and wish I had started using this natural product sooner. Been using for two years dayly . That's the key daily. Don't bother if you aren't willing to take this daily. Just like a one a day vitamin only twice daily. Once you get past taking this a few weeks you can say goodbye to leg cramps, especially at nite. Nature supplies if we only listen.
