Review: Doesn't Work, Sending it back - The Bluetooth Transceiver doesn't work. It was supposed to blink blue or green light when connected to the computer but it doesn't. Tried installing the Poly app as well. It recognizes the device but not the Bluetooth Transceiver at all. Was very excited to receive it and was looking forward to Teams calls but didn't happen.

The Bluetooth Transceiver doesn't work. It was supposed to blink blue or green light when connected to the computer but it doesn't. Tried installing the Poly app as well. It recognizes the device but not the Bluetooth Transceiver at all. Was very excited to receive it and was looking forward to Teams calls but didn't happen.
