Well made, fit well, help to get a great workout

I have the ankle pieces, the sandals and these. These fit well for all sizes, but must be put on just upon entering the pool, whereas, you can still walk in the sandals and the ankle pieces. I am a size 9 and I found the sandals in Medium were a bit small for me, if you purchase the sandals and ar e at the higher end of the range, I would go up a size.

I ordered this pair of water workout joggers. Unfortunately, they are poorly designed and extremely uncomfortable. I am slim and yet the boots leave grooves on my skin and they are painful. Would not recommend.

I use it a lot because aquagym is my sport. however, the little plastic tips used to attach the rubber have a tendancy to hurt during the use. I have found the solution of making sure that the plastic is well placed to be able to use it well.

Am a runner and bought these when a foot injury forced me to spend my workouts in the pool. I wear them in conjunction with the aqua jogger belt. They work much better than just wearing the belt alone providing much more resistance. Once I started using these, I noticed my heart rate went higher, increasing by about 15-20 bpm. I alternate between jogging with high knees for 5 minutes then switch to cross country skiing with straight legs for 5 minutes. Hoping they will keep me in shape enough until I can head back outside to run.Not sure how these would fit on someone with a larger foot , I am women's size 8.5, as they were VERY tight the first few times I wore them but have since felt better. Like the aqua jogger belt, they do loosen up once you hit the water, but like I said, the first few times they were uncomfortable! Not sure if they would fit a larger men's size.

This work well for my water exercises. Adds resistance to make the work out more beneficial.

Not comfortable and doesn’t keep you upright. Will need to wear a belt or another ankle floatation with this.

Great for your legs. What I like most is that your not hitting the bottom therefore no stress on your joints but you still get a good workout. Great product.
