I am 6'2" with a 34" waist & 32" inseam. XL was about a perfect fit in both the waist & inseam. I bought two of these - one in gray, one in navy blue, and both have been washed 2 - 3 times now in warm water & dried on low heat. I have had no problems in any respect - no shrinkage, all seams are still intact, colors have not run. As other reviewers have noted, the material is not especially thick, but not thin either. These seem to be a good value for the price. I have a 34 inch waist and ordered "Medium" and they fit fine. The crotch seam is a bit "shallower" than most sweatpants as some reviewers have noted, but it isn't that noticeable to me. I previously purchased several pairs of Hanes ecosmart "Medium" sweatpants but when they arrived the waist was too small and they didn't have pockets which I wanted, so I donated them to a local charity and ordered these. These actually have three pockets, one on each side seam and a back pocket too.
