If I were you I wouldn't because most of the colors do not dye well, unless you put hot water on your washing machine and keep them at least 15 minutes moving SOFTLY. **Q: Pictures shows black bands, description says white. What is it?** A: The wrist bands are WHITE. As the other reviews say, they aren't wide (I have small wrists), but they are quite absorbent, which is why I need them. I wear two on each forearm.
