That one was returned. desertcart quickly sent a replacement and the first time it was used it worked fine. The second time she took it out, it would not turn to the right. Then it wouldn't turn either direction. Upon inspection by her dad, the plastic pieces that are pushed to make it turn had broken. He figured the motor was too powerful for the wimpy plastic. It wasn't until I looked at the question section for this car that I noticed that other people had issues with the steering breaking also. Dispatched and received before Christmas which was greatl The anticipation built and he was really excited to use it. After getting it all set up and then arranging a Face Time call to see the first drive, we were immensely disappointed to see the wheel snap and come away from the car after the first few seconds of use. Either a poor example of the product, or a design fault. Amazon refunded and now got to arrange a replacement gift.
