I bought 2 sets so I have 4 containers. The are sturdy and I like the sealing tops. They are clear so you can see what is in them. They hold a large box of cereal and fit well in my cupboard.

I put my cat's food in these. It's nice 'cuz there's these holes at the top, so you can pop that up and the food pours out of the hole. This is great because I used to scoop food out of the bag with a measuring cup, which would make my hand smell like cat food. Big upgrade to my life and overall self-confidence. Can't recommend these enough.

Canisters are secure and a tight fit. They are just strong enough that if you drop the tub, it will not burst open and spill everywhere, but easy enough that my son can open it and pour his own cereal.

Have always purchased Lock & Lock containers. Love them. But I wanted to try these since I could get two cereal containers for the price of one L&L. They are great. Work fine for small cereal boxes, And so far they seal just fine. Glad that I found them.

Works well as dry cereal storage containers, just as I had intended. The lids are firmly secure--to the point of being somewhat difficult to remove and put on, but that does insure a very nice seal. Moths or other creepy critters cannot get to the stored material. I imagine any pourable dry good would store nicely, i.e. Cold cereal, oats and other hot cereals, macaroni, rice, instant potatoes, wild bird seed, pet food (dog, cat, rabbit)...

I love these storage containers. I like that they are airtight and waterproof. I have recently purchased another set to store more cereal, oatmeal, rice, and sugar. I would recommend these particularly if you live in a hot and humid climate like Florida. Keeps the bugs away!

These were a great buy! They arrived on time in great condition, and were simply packaged within their box. Both containers were stacked together and the lids were inside the box with them. I rinsed them out, dried them and filled them with food and treats for my birds. The lids latched on firmly and easily to the container, and I have been able to turn them sideways and upsidedown without losing any bird seed. They are clear with blue, rubber liners around the edge of the lid. I noticed they have measuring marks on them for Liters and ounces. The "back" end of the container has a sort of "ditch" so that you can easily grip it with your fingers. The pour spout lid closes tightly and I haven't had any issues.
