I was delaying buying this because of the price. I had other water-fed brushes in my list too and was constantly comparing them all; features, length of pole, price and looking at the positive and negative reviews. Eventually, I decided to go with this product as it is a more reputable brand and had better reviews. I'm glad I made that decision because this water-fed brush is fantastic. The quality is outstanding. The pole is light and has foam sections which make gripping this in cold weather very comfortable. It extends with around five clips which are strong and not difficult to open or close. Keep in mind when extending the pole that it will pull through small blue hose that is fed through inside to the brush at the end. The brush is medium firm and well made. It is easy to attach to the pole. Simply clips in. All you need to do is push the little hoses into the brush without any effort at all, and you're done. The bundle I bought came with the squeegee too and the bottle for adding solution. But honestly, if you do the windows properly you won't need any solutions...no fairy liquid, no window cleaning soap...nothing. Yes there is an actual proper way to clean windows. I thought you just scrubbed around and then rinsed off. That is NOT the case at all and I highly recommend you head over to you tube and watch some of the videos on there on how to properly clean windows with a water fed brush. Starting with the window frames before rinsing, then working slowly into the seals area up above and rinsing, then the sides, then the lower part of the window and then the sills. Then there's a way of rinsing off with the water jet to make sure you don't get any dirt running back down your window and drying. So please watch YouTube before buying this or when you've bought it. The pole will feel heavy when fully extended to 24ft (if that's the version you bought) but if you know what you're doing with the cleaning process (see above paragraph) then you'll be done in five minutes. The first time I used it, I thought the windows were clean. They looked it until I went indoors and saw they'd dried with dirt dripping from up above where I hadn't cleaned properly. So I ended up putting the squeegee on and smearing the muck all over. Bad mistake. So I had to get the gear back out and practice that cleaning technique again. I've mastered it now! I am very very happy with this product and it's saved me £12 a month on window cleaning services....well kind of... a year from now it'll be a saving anyway. Highly recommend. Don't ponder for months like I did. Just grab it. But get the size that suits you. No point in a 24 foot pole if you live in a bungalow. In fact you'd not need a pole at all in that scenario. Is a 17ft pole for you? a 20foot? Get the right size, but don't under measure as you'll regret it if down the line you'd wish you had got the 24ft pole so you can do you fascia boards and soffits..and gutters. Think it through, but go for it!

Bought this because my house has a lot of glass and it's really expensive to get someone round to do it. To be honest, we could mostly hand clean our room windows, but the conservatory is a completely different beast: it gathers moss, algae, general dirt on its glass roof and it's very hard to access. This kit allowed me to thoroughly clean it, and I was impressed with the general quality. I got the 5m pole and this is more than sufficient for my (standard) two-storey house. I'd buy it again. Pros - Pole is good quality, but made of aluminium so overall light. When fully extended, of course it becomes a bit unwieldy, but that's physics. I found it absolutely fine to work (good, in fact). It felt well made, had two foam grips and what looks like durable section clips that were easy to use. Slides out easily and quickly. - Nothing obvious that could rust. - Good set of attachments in the set - there is a nice little valve supplied that you can splice into the pole hose wherever you want it to be able to quickly and conveniently control the water Cons - The attachments screw onto the pole. However, I did find they could come loose (not off, just loose) in practice. This is probably because my conservatory requires some funky angles to get into crevices, and some pole rotation is needed. - The 5m pole isn't water-fed (bigger ones are it seems), just the attachment, and there's nothing supplied to run the hose alongside the pole. This is a bit annoying as all it needs is a solid loop near the handholds that the hose could thread through and still move freely - I'll need to fashion something to do this but it would have been a nice addition. - Need to buy the soap dispenser separately and it doesn't integrate all that well (would have been nice to have it inline in the hose like the valve. Overall, really good!

Bought this to clean pergola roof after winter and to reach bedroom windows without the need of a ladder. I've cleaned the pergola roof and I'm really happy with the results. Not used for windows yet but no reason to think it won't do a good job. I found the pole sturdy and of good quality & not too heavy. When extended the poles to bend a bit as expected but it's still quite easy to use. Overall I'm pleased with the product and with save a small fortune cleaning my own windows.

This has been a fantastic buy…. Well worth the money. We needed to get to windows above the conservatory and this did the job nicely. The telescopic handle was easy to use and the water added extra cleaning. We also bought some cleaning liquid for the soap dispenser and it helped enormously. The pole fully stretched was a bit awkward to manoeuvre but as it was a first attempt, I am hoping it will get better as I use it more. I tried not to use the first pole as it is the most thin and furthest away. It cleaned all my windows brilliantly and also cleaned up the eaves. It cleaned up the conservatory roof too and quite quickly. It is a bit heavy when opened up so it might be an idea to make sure the person using it is fit to hold it. My hubby did mine as It was a wee bit heavy for me( only 5 foot tall with no upper arm strength).

Pricey but very good, £14 every 3 weeks for window cleaning, payed for itself in less than a year, combine it with a Vonhause water filter and it's works superbly.

This is a quality prouct with a range of fittings for different tasks. As others have said the directions are very poor so assembing the product takes time and effort so I will concentrate on that. The connector to your hose is metal and does not leak. The plastic tube goes through the centre of the pole and this should be done with the pole not extended. Then grasp the end of the tube after you have threaded it through and extend the pole fully. You can then adjust the length of the pole as required. To attach the accessories I had first to remove the connector already attached to the pole. This is done by releasing the top clip on the pole. Then replace the connector with one that fits into your required accessory. The accessories clip and unclip from the connector. I have the 12ft pole and it is rigid even when fully extended. From other comments perhaps the longer ones will flex. All the parts work well and I have already recovered the cost of the brush set. I have knocked a star off for poor istructions but the product itself is 5*

This IGAD Pole 20ft Washing Kit is absolutely brilliant! It made short work of all my high-level cleaning tasks. The extendable pole reaches an impressive 20ft and feels sturdy, not flimsy. I was able to effortlessly clean my conservatory roof, fascias, and even the high-level render, which are usually a nightmare to reach. The water-fed brush is fantastic for getting rid of grime, and the included squeegee and cobweb duster cover all bases. Works but the water connection to the brush head keeps coming off. This mainly happens when you extend the pole. For the price of this I expected a bit better quality.

As someone who has struggled with cleaning solar panels and second-story windows in the past, this GADPole kit has been an absolute game-changer. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Poor Quality – Fell Apart After Minimal Use I was really disappointed with the iGad Water Fed Pole. After just a few uses, the pole started breaking apart, making it nearly impossible to work with. I’ve literally had to hold it together with duct tape just to finish my last cleaning job — not what you expect from a supposedly professional tool. To make matters worse, the brush gets very dirty very quickly and is a hassle to clean. Overall, this product feels like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for something durable or reliable.
