No breakouts of acne using this. If I were to buy a scrub once the current one is finished, I'd buy this again. PS: My dermatologist advised that scrubs need to be used as gently as possible on the face, and not for more than 30 seconds. Rough scrubbing leads to tiny tears in the skin tissue and eventual pigmentation. I wish I had known this when I was younger.
