Great product have broken kneecap after surgery just what I needed

Straps are not long enough. This is for my 12 year old daughter and I bought the length Large and when trying to apply it up her leg more the strap didn’t reach at all. I had to lower it and barely got it to close! Definitely would be perfect if the straps were longer.

I was supposed to receive the largest size offered here-Adult M-XL. It didn't even come close to fitting. This almost seemed like a junior size. According to the description ( and I measured the size of leg above and below the knee, this size should have fit and it didn't even come close. Returned immediately. Might work for a kid-pre teen- but definitely not an adult size.
