While a bit pricy, these mats are so worth it! Completely nonslip (used by a very large woman) and made of an awesome texture that’s smooth but easy to grip with the body. Also the perfect size for me and I’m 5”8. Quite thick, although it is a bit heavier than most yoga mats so I would recommend use in a studio or house rather than on the go. I love the design, I’ve gotten multiple compliments on it within owning it so far. I ended up liking it so much, I ordered a custom mat as well! I could see this lasting quite a bit of time, and as someone who practices daily, sometimes multiple times a day I’d say it’s worth the investment

This is the best yoga mat I've ever had. I also have the Manduka Pro, but in my opinion, this one is better. This one is my favorite, while my manduka is unfortunately collecting dust in my room. I'm thinking of buying a second liforme mat to use at home. I love the markings on the mat, it helps keep me centered and balanced. It also helps me see my progress in how far I can stretch. I really like that about this mat. Selling point for sure. The look of it is really nice, too. The black and gold looks great even in the dimly lit hot yoga class. Will definitely purchase again!

I love this yoga mat! I really appreciate the way they have printed on the mat areas for your feet and hands should be placed this really helped me be in the right positions for the yoga poses. The thickness of the mat and the fact that it’s not slippery is also extremely helpful. I highly recommend the Liforme yoga, mat.

Perfect for Bikram / hot yoga, or any yoga class that causes you to sweat a lot. Holds your positions perfectly in place. On my other mat’s I’d slide all over the place in hot yoga, sculpt and flow, power yoga, etc. This mat has a good texture that keeps your hands and feet where you place them. I love the bright colors and the design which is not only pretty, but instructionally practical too, as a guide for hand and feet placement and alignment for different poses. It’s very expensive, a lot more than I’d like to have paid, which I don’t quite understand. It’s a rubber mat! But I bought it in my birthday month so I treated it as a birthday gift to myself. It’s definitely a luxury splurge but I hope to use it for years to come and get my money’s worth.

I was very torn on paying this much for a yoga mat. However, if you are looking for a good one, buy Liforme. I’ve spent more on cheap mats than the cost of one Liforme trying to find a mat I like. Then, I agonized over all of the more expensive brands. I finally decided to buy Liforme. I am glad I did! My Liforme, lays flat, rolls nicely, seems like it will last forever, and cleans well. The mat is a little heavier than cheap mats, but not to the extent that you cannot travel with it. Overall, the value I feel I will get from the Liforme will make it less costly over time than the cheap mats. If the mat starts to break down, I will update, but I do not see that being an issue!

What a gorgeous Yoga mat! I was hesitant about the cost during this time but I kept getting called back to this beautiful, happy, bright yellow mat! I am so glad I ordered it because I had no idea what a difference it would make during my Yoga and stretching classes. This mat is longer, wider, and NO SLIPPING during poses AT ALL!! I never knew there was such a difference in Yoga mats until I started using this one. I am spoiled for life. My previous mat, while there is nothing wrong with it, is just sadly sitting in a corner because I can never go back to a regular mat after this one! Also, the energy difference is also huge. When I say energy difference, I mean the energy emitted while practicing on this beautiful yellow mat with rainbows just makes me feel happy and alive in a way that enhances the whole experience. Couldn't be more pleased with this investment.

I got the Mother Earth print (purple mat with green & purple alignment lines in a gorgeous pattern) and it’s beautiful! Both green ink colors sparkle in the sunlight! I assume similar to the gold print on the white & gold and black & gold Liforme mats? If those sparkle? Everyone seems to rave about the white & gold mat well I think this one’s prettier! And it won’t show dirt like white will. It has plenty of cushion and is VERY grippy. The included bag is dark gray not black. The mat somehow feels lighter when carried in the bag. It’s a heavier mat. I think they include a bag because I think wrapping any kind of strap around the mat would leave marks/creases due to the material of the mat. Can’t speak to longevity since I haven’t had it long. Taking off one star for price (it’s way cheaper (around $50) on Liforme’s website especially since it’s currently on sale in honor of International Day of Yoga) but not exactly sure about their return policy although from what I’ve heard, their customer service is excellent. Lifeforme - please also make a travel mat in the Mother Earth print! Oh and once again the delivery driver didn’t bother to put my package a couple more feet back onto my front porch so it would be under the roof overhang so it wouldn’t get wet if it rained 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thankfully it didn’t this time!

Me ha sorprendido la calidad y el diseño. Son las más bonitas con diferencia. La bolsa de transporte también es de calidad, bien diseñada y de utilidad. No resbala nada. Perfecto agarre. En consecuencia a todo ello, es cara. Volveria a comprarla. El envio se retrasó varios dias. Después de contactar con atención al cliente me llegó en 24 horas.

I can't believe the difference this mat makes to my yoga practice! I do a mixture of yoga styles and I didn't realise my much cheaper mat was causing quite a bit of discomfort when doing poses on my back and I was losing my grip during standing poses. This mat was instantly comfortable, slip free and feels amazing against my skin. The design is absolutely beautiful too. Well worth the investment if you do a lot of yoga at home. It is on the slightly heavier side as a portable mat, but I plan to use it for home practice. Just so excited to use it more and see how my postures improve!

Design und Haptik sind sehr gut aber bereits nach kürzester Zeit haben sich an den benutzten Stellen Flecken gebildet, die ich auch nicht mit dem speziellen Liforme Reiniger herausbekommen habe. Der wirklich tolle Kundenservice hat mir nach Zusendung von Fotos, sofort die Rückgabe angeboten und ich konnte mir eine neue Matte kaufen. Wenn man weiß, dass man die Matte nicht eingeölt oder eingecremt benutzen kann, ist die Qualität und das Design weiterhin sehr gut. Vorallem für Hatha Yoga ist sie ausgezeichnet. Ich habe mir eine weitere Matte mit individuellen Design gekauft.
