Good value, works just as well as "name brand" pads.
I used to use Prevail mostly, sometimes Poise or Always. They all work well. But, I tried Amazon Basic Incontinence Pads because they were inexspensive. I wanted to see if they held up as well as "name brand" pads. I was not disappointed. They worked just as well, and cost a lot less. Really, a lot less! This is now my "go to" brand, hands down. These are not thin pads, but they are long, and super absorbant. Unscented, and comfortable for a thicker pad, for me. I also like that the pad is a bit wider. More petite women might find it too wide, but ladies that aren't petite (like me) benefit from a wider pad. Excellent value.

Good good product for a good price
I have two types of these I can’t tell from this little picture which one that is. One is the most absorbent which I use overnight, which is the only time I actually need something like that and the other is used in the daytime occasionally. Both work very well in our better price than brand names

Great basic pad
I was skeptical about these. They are a little bulky. But they are very absorbent, fit well and work under most clothes. If you were wearing very form fitting slacks they might leave an outline. I am so impressed I have subscribed to regular delivery

Great Value
I'm sure they work great but they were quite a bit longer than I was expecting them to be so I haven't used them. The quality seemed great and the value was definitely there.

These Are My New Favorite Pads!!
These are my new favorite incontinent pads. They are well made and absorbent. Their cost effectiveness is so much better than expensive brands. I will be reordering these for sure.

Reviewing max vs. overnight, 3.5 stars average between both considering possible changes to product
I starting using the maximum at the start of this year and really liked those. As someone managing incontinence I care more about the security of functionality rather than testing the limits of how thin a pad I can use before having a leak. The maximum was perfect length/thickness for feeling protected whether I was walking or sitting, and they even worked well for most overnights. However with my last order about a month ago, I noticed I was leaking through the maximum pretty regularly. I’ve had recent changes in my health and just accepted that my bladder was ready to humble me further. So as a maybe-desperate resort, I purchased the overnight size, intending to use day and night. Unfortunately: immediate letdown. I’m a woman’s size small and although the wider front and back seemed like added security I’d need, the pads bunched and stuck to the adhesive when trying to fit inside my clothes, which created leaks for even smaller accidents. I do think they would work well for larger clothing sizes. To wrap this up, I actually only logged on to see if others had issues/solutions for making the wider sizing work, or if I should go back to maximum and hope for the best. Now I’m wondering if my sudden leaky woes were actually related to this “product upgrade” everyone is pointing out. Bummer! Might give the maximum one last try. Best result is they work like I remember and I can forgive the faulty batch. On the other hand they might finally distress me enough to move on to a more expensive brand instead.

Great product
My favorite pads, for leakage. I wasn't sure going in, how they would work. Now they are a consistent buy! Great absorbency and comfortable for me

Love these pads but not their covers
I really liked these pads. However,I still buy Always discreet number six Long pads more often because I use the covers that are on them to wrap them in when I dispose of them. Always pad covers have a little bit of tape on the end, which I use to secure the wrap around the used pad. It makes it so easy to keep the cover on the pad. I don’t know why other companies don’t do the same thing. The covers on the Amazon basic pads are hard to keep around the used pad since it only has the original adhesive to hold the pad on. That little bit of tape on the end of Always pad covers means all the difference in the world to me. I guess I could get some scotch tape and try to keep the cover on the used pad, but even the covers are not very strong on the Amazon pad. I love the pad itself though. I like the Amazon pad because my underwear stays dry when I use them. I’ve had other pads where the side of my underwear gets wet, but the inside is not wet. I don’t know why this happens. I don’t have this problem with the Amazon pad. I used to use toilet paper to wrap pads in, but these covers that the always pads come in, secure them better than toilet paper.
