I took the number off the old adapter and matched it with one Amazon had. Ordered the adapter, the price was good , it arrived as predicted and fit perfectly. My Echo is working like new!

I freaked slightly when I saw the power cord to my 1st generation Echo Show was frayed through. I have no idea how that happened since the cord ran across a dresser to the outlet behind it. I’d had the device for so long I’d forgotten that the cord was removable and therefore replaceable. I ordered the ZTTXL 21W Power Adapter for Echo and my ancient, yet still viable Echo Show lit up like a dream. So nice when technology works in our favor. So, yeah, if you need such a replacement cord, this one works.

It is the same power supply that came with Alexia so perfect size, worth the cost,

It work good and fits well

Easy fix for the not powering on issue with my 2017 Echo. Adapter is the exact one that originally came with the Echo. Definitely with the small cost.

Over priced

Worked perfectly for our older alexa

Have had the same power adapter since buying my Gen 1. Finally got cut in the garage. Good direct replacement.

It is exactly the same as the old one from the maker .

After our new kitten chewed through the cord to our Alexa I thought we would have to throw out our Alexa. I was happy to find this replacement cord it works great and is now concealed from the chewer.

Had previously bought a cheaper model but Alexa kept rebooting; this replacement adapter - although a bit expensive - works perfectly.

Glad this works since my plug burned out. Only 4 stars because it's relatively expensive compared to buying a new complete unit.

I loved that it arrived so quickly. It plugged right into my Alexa and I was able to listen to music immediately. Would buy from this seller again.
