I received my 2nd set with 2 cracked mist nozzles. I didn't realize this until I had installed the 2nd set when they began to run water instead of mist. Since I had already installed them I decided I would use their customer service department instead of returning them, after all they have a 4 year warranty. BIG MISTAKE!!! I have tried now for over 2 weeks to get a response back from them. I have called and used their website "contact us and we will get back to you in 48 hrs." No one has called or contacted!!! Don't believe me... try their number and listen to all the recordings, I have tried all of their departments, no response...1-800-233-6478. I am pretty sure the 4 year warranty is a joke too if you can't get them to even contact you after only 2 weeks!
