Review: Edit/update! 1/29/2026. Raycon contacted me and offered a full refund! Either someone actually reads the comments or it's AI, either way, I was shocked! I am really glad that they reached out and offered a refund. I will keep my hopes up that they look into the issues and maybe update the contact method. I really wanted to believe that I got a dud pair and now I am more convinced that it is what happened. I am changing the 2 star to 5, if anyone cares, haha. There is room for improvement. However, with their response to the issue, and the sound quality and price previously mentioned, I am pleased. Seems like they genuinely want to satisfy the consumer. Thank you Raycon! [original comment below] The original ones i had were awesome, however they were stolen. I bought a second pair, they were great for about 8 months, then they had charging issues and basically had half the promised battery life when they did actually charge. These new ones (3rd pair, Classic) keep disconnecting and nobody can hear me on phone calls, I drive a lot for work so I need hands free and these aren't cutting it when customers cannot hear me and I have to switch to speaker phone, or just call them back, not a great impression. And it's always an s show trying to get customer support, you have to jump through a bunch of hoops, this pertains to almost any company out there, not just Raycon. I really wanted to like them. Battery life, sound quality and price are top notch, but that's all worthless if they keep disconnecting and nobody can hear you. It seems that quality control is lacking and it's just a focus on sales numbers which is unfortunate for the consumer.

**Q: I heard the battery life is actaully 3hrs per earbud, for a grand total of 6 hours. is this correct?? or is it 6 hours on each individual bud??**
A: Nope I work as a union industrial painter and I wear one earbud for 8 hours , sometime 12 hrs . Only put in case to charge at lunch for 30 min and I get 12 hours . I was diehard AirPod fan , my father bought these as a Xmas present and I never use my AirPods now !!! These are comfortable and have better bass . Awesome product ! Can NOT recommend anything thing better . Imho

**Q: Can I pair one at a time**
A: Yep! I do it all the time, just only take one out of the case and leave the other one in there, and it will stay off unless it’s taken out. It pairs automatically after you’ve set it up to your phone a few times I think.

**Q: Do they fit in small ear canals?**
A: I am a full grown adult male with smaller ear canels. Even the smallest fitting they supply in the case does not work for me.  I am going to try a 6mm or 8mm earbud. The E25 doesn’t display the size but it’s too big and falls out when I run.  One of the buds quit playing sound after about 6 months and I rarely used them since they didn’t fit me.

**Q: Im having issues of every time I pulled them out of the case they go into pairing mode. I have to go into my Bluetooth and manually connect them**
A: If the phone (where I have previous paired the earbuds) has Bluetooth turned off, the buds immediately say, "Pairing mode" as soon as I open the case. I then have to enable Bluetooth and select them to connect. But, if Bluetooth is enabled, the earbuds immediately connect.

I've bought raycon product for 1st time after seeing the mix reviews and i regret it.buds was desync when I recieved it and don't get fixed after factory reset but Amazon customer service is so helpful that's why I'm giving them 2 star In conclusion audio quality is mid and buds doesn't work properly for so many people.
