Are these little bottles always coming with a dysfunctional spray pump? It works but this is my second one that leaks when you spray it?

Though the formula works great, the spray mechanism does not. The one small bottle that I purchased leaked when sprayed so I got around this by pouring the solution into a shallow container that I could dip brushes in. Should not be necessary, but it cut down on mess.

No it doesn’t leave an oily residue. I really like this. Cleans so easy. I don’t know what the main cleaning ingredient is
