Unless yours is trashed, in which case buy a new one from Toyota somewhere online. This is just the piece to correct the fault of the stock male part. That is all they are selling **Q: Directions state to position 'as far possible against the outermost'. Does this mean slide the stopper inwards towards front of car or towards back?** A: You want to adjust it so that it is as rearward as possible while still being able to shut the door normally. The wedge shape holding against the door latch keeps the door from moving and squeaking over bumps. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bofn Racing Tailgate Latch Bumper Stop, Bumper Striker Cushion Compatible with Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007-2021, Prado 120 150 GX460 GX470 2003-2021, RAV4 2006-2012 - Fit for Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007-2021 ABS Door Lock Cover, Car Side Door Lock Cover Buckle Protection Decoration Trim, 4 Pack, Black - G Brand for Toyota FJ Cruiser XF10 2007-2020, Land Cruiser Prado FJ120 FJ150 2003+, for Toyota RAV4 Car Tailgate Door Lock Outer Buckle Striker Limiting Stopper Trim,Solve Abnormal Noise,Prevent Move --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/377362580-tailgate-latch-bumper-stop-bumper-striker-cushion-compatible-with-toyota](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/377362580-tailgate-latch-bumper-stop-bumper-striker-cushion-compatible-with-toyota) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
