Devo dire che la chiave del successo sembra risiedere nella scelta del modello più adatto allo spessore dei vetri di casa mia. Questo piccolo dettaglio, che potrebbe sembrare insignificante, ha fatto tutta la differenza del mondo. Una volta superato lo scetticismo iniziale, ho scoperto che il dispositivo non solo funziona, ma pulisce anche con un'efficacia sorprendente. Le vetrate di casa mia in piena sicurezza (abitando ad un piano molto alto), fino ad ora un miraggio di pulizia data la loro inaccessibilità dall'esterno ed il non voler sporgersi, brillano ora di una luce nuova. La scoperta di un tutorial su YouTube, consigliato dalla stessa azienda, si è rivelata preziosa per massimizzare l'efficacia dell'uso, guidandomi attraverso il processo con consigli pratici e diretti. Devo ammettere, questo acquisto si è rivelato ottimo. Non solo ha risolto un problema di lunga data con le mie vetrate, ma ha anche dimostrato che, a volte, le recensioni discordanti nascondono gemme che aspettano solo di essere scoperte. Come disse Archimede, "Dammi un punto d'appoggio e solleverò il mondo". I live on third floor and have several windows. They are difficult to clean on the outside. This product is my best option other than paying a professional. Pros: 1. Does a good job cleaning my windows 2. Relatively easy to use 3. Cleans inside and outside at the same time 4. Great customer service. I had an issue with a part on my set. Contacted Tyroler, and they sent me a whole new set right away. Cons: 1. Will not work on all window types. You have to be able to access one area on both sides of the window pane with both hands at same time. Due to this it will not work on fixed windows that don't open. Or bigger sliding windows that are wider/taller than your arm length. For example my living room window has three window pane sections. Middle section is fixed (about 6 ft wide) and the outer sections (about 3 ft wide) slide open horizontally towards the center. Cleaning the outside sliding sections are no issue. Center section requires two people beacuse my arms aren't long enough to reach around the outside section to reach the middle section by myself. One person has lean out and hold outside window cleaner while other person attaches the inside cleaner. 2. Takes a long time - two separate steps mean you have to clean windows twice. Add a third time if you have dirty windows (need to do squeegee step twice). Not a huge deal for me, but something to consider. 3. Would be nice if it came with at least two sets of microfiber towels. Overall This is a good window cleaner set that will save me money vs paying a professional.
