Does it work on Double pane windows?

NO . this model (Glider S1) works on single-pane windows only. window thickness is between 0.1"-0.3", otherwise, it won't work For Double Pane Windows check out other models of gliders from our store. (D2 ,D3 ,D2 AFC ,D3 AFC ,D4)

Does The Glider include a Coverage?

Yes absolutely! All Tyrole products Come with a full two-year Coverage.

The Glider doesn't work smoothly, what should I do?

Spray both sides of the window with more cleaning solution to ensure smooth operation.

I have very dirty window. how should I clean it?

For very dirty windows, repeat the spraying and wiping steps with the squeegees several times to rermove most of the dirt, After that use the cloth for polishing.
