Use in addition to stock pot.

Greatly satisfied
This is a nice sous vide container. Used it for a rump roast on a 24 hour cook at 133.8 degrees. Great color and tenderness on the roast. Water evaporation was minimal, not even 1/2 cup. Perfect size container and well built with good side handles and silicone seal where the machine is placed for a perfect fit. This was a most pleasant experience. Thanks for fast shipping and an excellent product. I would buy again, if needed. I highly recommend this product.

Nice but...
I really like this but a have a few issues. You have to remove you circulator in order to add food which causes an error code. The size is also a bit small. That being said I am still very happy with it and the adjustable insides are better than plates and clips to hold food down.

Well designed product
I actually got to use the item that Amazon was demanding a review on. First, like the Amazon page implied, it fits my Sous Vide device just fine. I cooked chicken in it the first time I used it but it also looked like it could easily handle a small beef roast. It has a "shelf" that is actually designed to hold your food under the water and that is very convenient. The lid that goes on top of it seems to fit very well. Nothing wrong with this product that I could ascertain.

Good product but doesn't fit Anova unless you remove the gasket and cover and tight fit!
Good useful tool but if you are using Anova, it may not fit but the fix is to make it fit by removing the rubber gasket and mount and somehow jam the lid a little. Wish we didn't have to do it but it is doable and usable.

must have for soux vide
must have to successfully use the soux vide. We went to a cooking class and the chef had a soux vide to make the filets we were preparing. We were in awe of how easy it is to cook perfect meat with the soux vide. We went straight home and bought one on amazon. Unfortutely to use the soux vide you have to seal the meat in plastic. This makes the meat float to the top and doesnt allow the meat to cook evenly... this is were the box comes in. this box hold the meat in the water at the bottom so the meat can cook evenly. I would highly recommend

I’d buy again
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This sous vide container is fantastic! It looks great on the counter and fits perfectly without taking up too much space. It holds heat really well, keeping the water temperature consistent throughout cooking. Cleaning is a breeze, which makes it even better. The quality and design are top-notch—definitely worth it if you’re serious about sous vide cooking. Highly recommend! I love the dividers too!

I had been using a soup pot I bought on amazon for $40 for years. It worked great (or at least, I thought it did). I was accustomed to removing the foil and topping it up before bed so that water level wouldn't drop too low, and I lived with the fact that the max water line was over the top of the pot. The food usually sunk to the bottom of the pot, so I never really worried about having to keep it down. Then food became really expensive and Costco had good discounts on brisket. The brisket didn't fit in my pot even after cutting it in half, so I decided it's time to upgrade. I paid more for the piece of plastic than I did the 20 pound brisket, but I figured I got myself into this mess and it's a hopefully one time purchase to get myself out. I cooked the brisket, it came out great, but it's too greasy a cut of meat for me to make more than once a year, so I guess I didn't need to upgrade. That being said, it IS an upgrade. I cooked that brisket for 51 hours and didn't top the water up once. The plastic tray kept it fully submerged (which was great because it was too big and kept trying to pop up), and now next I sous vide some ribs I won't have to cut them into 3 segments to keep them from poking up through the top of the pot. $100 is still more than I wanted to pay (that's why I stuck with the $40 soup pot for years), but this container really is nice. I'll probably still use the pot for my twice-weekly chicken breast cooks because the plastic container takes up much more counter space, but for ribs and any other overnight cooks this plastic container is definitely going to be my go-to from now on.

Excellent container for sous vide. The lid keeps in the moisture so the container doesn’t run dry. Only one complaint I wish the legs attaching the plastic unit together were tighter fitting so the tray wouldn’t come apart when putting it in the water above your meat. I glued the tray together and it worked great. It’s a perfect size.

I purchased this container when I first got my sous vide. I was on a budget and this checked all the boxes. If I had a higher budget I would have opted for a sous vide with a rack. It's been something I regretted not getting. It really helps separate the meats when you're cooking multiple portions. Have used this for about 2 years white frequently. It's held out great and is still crystal clear (no yellowing or staining of the plastic. Would recommend for anyone looking to purchase a well built, budget sous vide container.
