Is there a link where the software can be downloaded? I have emailed the seller a couple of times now to download it and have had no response!

I finally found the software link to download! The item I received has the model number "UF-211-06RGB" printed on it, however it looks like there is another model number for the same product: "DG-TFB11" by a company called Digoo. Is there a file for the device drivers? My computer does not recognize the fan when I plug it in.
