Value is in the Color

I was looking for a quality wine/burgundy color for a blanket. Other brand's versions of this color did not compare with what was offered by Bernat. If I'm going to spend the time to make a blanket I want to be happy with the finished product. I am very stratified with this version of a wine/burgundy. I paid more for it but it was worth it. Just curious as to why this color cost more??? Maybe the price of the dye??
