Remote works great and the shipping was fast. No programming either. Batteries in and it was good too go. The only complaint is not this companies fault. The remote design from Vizio itself, the backing always falls off. Great replacement after literally every button wore off the text on them on my old one lol.

We've only had this remote a couple of weeks and already half the buttons aren't working. I know my baby has gotten ahold of it a couple of times but still ... this is a bit extreme. I bought a cover to keep the back on (that broke the second day we had it) so that's helped a little but I have to stand up and point the remote directly at the TV to make it work and it still only works half the time.

I've ordered two of these so far, after a dog of mine chewed them up. They have both worked immediately. After installation of batteries there is no set-up required. I will always order this same one if needed in the future.
