How often should you gua sha?

We recommend gua sha twice a day, once in the morning & once in the evening after washing your face. However, you can use it as many times as you want. Can be used with oils & serums for added absorption into the skin.

How do you clean a gua sha tool?

After each use, wash your Mount Lai tools with warm water & a gentle soap. You can then dry the tools with a soft cloth. For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers & de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

This feels so cooling and refreshing on the face. Make sure to wash it after use, it gets oily from the face and can cause pimples if not cleaned properly. I use it as a massage and also with some face oil.

After seeing so many positive reviews for this brand, I excitedly ordered it. The gua sha broke in my hand as I was using it less than three days after, and the large roller broke off a few days later while I was using it and the metal prong went into my lower eyelid. I narrowly avoided a bad eye injury. This is INSANE that this happened- I wasn’t using it roughly or haphazardly. With normal use these should have lasted a long time. I even emailed the company directly and haven’t gotten a response.

When I opened the box with excitement and saw this gua sha tool, I was a little disappointed. There were obvious cracks and a black crack on this thing and I couldn't find a way to contact the seller. It doesn't feel worth it to buy this product at this price.
