The overall quality of the device is very good, it feels well made and premium quality. The strap is a woven nylon webbing with good stitching with a nice heavy carabiner clip on the end that allows for a good amount of length adjustment to suit most requirements and it comes with a bag to store it in. I'm a big guy at 105 kg, 192 cm tall and it has no problems in assisiting my chin ups. Without the assist it's a struggle to do 1, with the band I can do 3 sets of 3. The bands having the fabric sleeve is very reassuring, in the unlikely event that a band should snap during use it's unlikely to whip you like a normal ressistance band.might. The system functions well for other training uses also and comes with a booklet showing various other exercises you can perform with the system (as long as you have somewhere safe and suitable to attach it to obviously). Each of the three bands is easily removable to vary the resistance or assistance required. In the included instructions it states do not use if you weigh over 320 lbs, and that each band provides about 56 lbs of assistance. Overall a good purchase.

The quality of the bar is amazing and also the sturdiness. It's also pretty easy to set up as it didn't take me long. The rubber band helps so much as you can adjust it to your liking. It doesn't bend at all when I use it and holds my weight very good. It's easily an excellent steal as the quality is amazing. It's also not that big so the versatility is amazing.

I loved, absolutely loved this product I hadn't done a pull up in almost 20 years, being 48 when I bought this device . A typical combination of getting heavier and being less strong than I was at 25, basically having less strength to do more work something you can't comprend when you're young slim and strong. It quite simply negates a percentage of your weight during the exercise so you can eliminate 15% to even up to 40% of your body weight giving you a feeling of doing the exercise smoothly with support, it's very empowering and fun to do smoothly set of 7 to 10 reps feel the motion and minimise risk of injury it's like being 14 stone (196 ibs) and being magically 10 stone (140 ibs ) for your session. I have a home gym and it's maybe my one of my best bits of equipment. I would strongly recommend or to other fellow fitness athletes.

This is a good band and works great when you have plenty of space up above and pull up bar can be really high. In winter and when I take my bar into the garage and the pull up bar is only 6ft 6in, it's hard to get a good position to use. Could do with an extension so you can get your knees into it or something. Overall, I'm happy with it though.

I’m a fairly stocky bloke, and I wanted a bit of extra help with my pull-ups at the gym. After some searching, I came across the INNSTAR Pull Up Assist Band System (Adjustable Anti-Snap Resistance Bands). The ratings were solid, the design looked clever, and with Prime delivery, they arrived the next day. I was keen to try them out, but unfortunately, they didn’t work well for me. I have reduced grip strength in my left hand due to missing fingers, and these bands definitely require a strong, steady grip. Without it, your feet tend to swing forward, which makes it awkward to keep proper form. I managed to get upright, but the bands ended up uncomfortably positioned between my legs—not exactly ideal! After a few attempts, I did complete a couple of pull-ups, but I felt clumsy and awkward (honestly, I must have looked like a Rhino in handcuffs). In the end, I returned them. Luckily, my gym has since introduced a proper weight-assisted pull-up machine, which works much better for me. That said, I can see these being useful for others. They’re good value for money, versatile enough for multiple exercises, and the resistance levels are solid. Just be aware they’re not the most user-friendly if you struggle with grip strength.

the product itself was delivered good to go, no assembly required. simply loop round the bar and that's it ready. with all three 'supports' in place, i still require a bit of effort to pull my 90kg body mass upwards, thus i think anyone greater than say 100kg who has never done a pull up, may find a struggle...but i guess that's the whole point of the pull up... to get better. certainly it'll help anyone with longer hang times. the only negative was the product was delivered in a cardboard box, that was within a plastic delivery bag, but somehow the cardboard box was soaked in a liquid, rendering the box unusable afterwards, with a distinct smell, as if there was a leak of perfume or some kind of strong cleaner in the delivery van from another product; i would like to assume the company responsible for the actual product does not use some kind of liquid in the packaging process? if they do, then the liquid is ruining the delivery box overall, i recommend this product

The reason why I chose this product over bands is that I appreciated the protective covering that considerably reduces the chance of being whipped by snapped bands. This product can be used for a variety of exercises, just like a band. But as almost everything purchased online is made in some dank, unobserved factory these days, it seemed prudent to minimise the risk of injury from perishable goods (that are a ubiquitous feature of the "modern" age of the "current year"...). So I chose this product over all the others. By the way, I have lived in the Far East and let me tell you - you'd have trouble tracking any factory down as almost ALL products are several middle-men away from the obscure original sources. So it is that this product is safer than the bare rubber bands you can find.

I've used this pull-up band for a couple years now, and it hasn't disappointed yet! It's sturdy, and can adjust for different levels of resistance. It's also really easy to put on/take off your pull up bar, which is a must for me since my home gym is also my living room. This is definitely helped with my strength training!

Oh no! I thought this was for both feet! One of the image confused me. Looking now I see that it says single foot... Argh. I'm mad at myself. It looks like a good product though, but that's not what I wanted. Anything we can do?

I am just starting to work on pull ups and there is no way I could do them without the assist. This one was very easy to put on my pull up bar -- just wrap it over the bar and hook the carabiner into one of the many loops on the strap. The multiple options for loops lets you pick just the right length for you and the level of assistance that you need. I also like that it is optimistic enough that at some point in the far away future I might not need as much band assist and the option is there to lengthen the strap and/or remove 1 or 2 of the 3 elastic bands. The elastic bands are very very strong and work just fine even with my weight -- they assist well and are very sturdy (and not too stretchy). It shows that you can also use this as a type of resistance band for other exercise -- but the resistance of these is so strong I could not do the upper body options -- so I will just use it for the assist as it works perfectly for this, but if you are really looking to build, this band will give you a heavy resistance for other exercises. I am very pleased with the band and look forward to being able to work on my pull ups at home.
