I tried the very expensive brands. They were uncomfortable and had many flaws. This less expensive bluetooth is great. The 'thingy' that goes around your ear is soft and very comfortable. The sound is perfect and the battery life is plenty. I wouldn't use any other. It does what I need it to do.

Great bluetooth, headset. the quality is much better than expected. Call quality is excellent as well. Current use with an iphone 16.

Sounds like person is right there. It's light weight and real well made. Easy to use.

I used the plantronics 50 for years, but they stopped making it. So I had to find a new one. This one is easy to answer a call and is comfortable, but hard to voice dial. The buttons to voice dial and mute are on one side (it's one button that toggles up or down) and its hard to manipulate it. The worst thing about it is it turns itself on when I have it off, especially when it's in a pocket or even purse. Lately, when I make sure to turn it off, it turns itself on when just laying on a table. So I can't answer a call using my phone. I say hello, realize the Bluetooth is on, have to go to the call screen, turn it off, then say hello again. I won't buy another one of these.

This is a great unit. Sound is crystal clear on my end and on the other end. This sounds as good or better than some other much more expensive units I've had. I bought a different brand at about the same price point and returned it after a couple of weeks. People on the other end often had trouble hearing me and it intermittently cut out after about a half hour to 45 minutes.

While this worked, it was good. I could hear and the battery was good. But, now it will not even turn on. This is kept in it's case when not in use - which is probably a few times a week at most. Disappointed. Now to find another wireless headset

Don't mind my double chin lol. It's about the earpiece anyways. It fits so nicely. Comfortable and volume is loud !!! Yes I'm picky and it's loud enough. Comfortable and drowns out about 80% of background noise. We own a Limousine service and clients listen to their music on the louder side and callers can still hear me great. Highly recommend
