Review: Well these are terrific - Okay first you should know that I'm only 5 ft 4 in tall so these are plenty big on me. I had some extra straps at home and so I put extra straps around them. I have chronic Venus insufficiency and in the middle of vein treatment which leaves my legs swollen and painful. I can only walk for a couple hours at a time. I put these in the freezer for about 5 hours and they were frozen but they are still soft. I don't know if I did it right but I put the fabric part on the outside and the not fabric part on the inside because that was the colder part and I think I did that right. They feel amazing so much relief finally. No more moving small gel pack from spot to spot. I could even walk around in these but right now I'm resting I took a quick picture. If you look closely you can see that these are my legs because there are feet at the end of them that's how I know they are my legs haha. Anyway I really do think this will be just fine for anybody. If you are about 5 ft 4 or under they will come up to your mid thigh. I'm so glad I have these. When I wake in the night and I hurt I can just wrap one of these around me from the freezer and go back to sleep thank goodness. A person can only take so much pain medication you know. I hope this was helpful. The quality is Top Notch the straps are velcro and they stick to themselves they don't stick to the gel packs by the way but that's just fine. This is one of the best purchases I ever made. You only get one please note but I did purchase too which is why you see me with two of them on my elevated legs. I hope this has been helpful. They do take up a significant amount of space in the freezer but they fold flat so think of it as like putting Kleenex boxes together and that's about the amount of space they take up in the freezer. Review: Excellent Large Ice Pack - This large ice pack worked great for icing my knee after surgery and because it wraps around, it covers the entire area and I didn’t have to worry about holding it on. One side has a velvety soft lining. I didn’t even need a cloth between the ice pack and my skin. The Velcro straps were large and easy to wrap around and customize the fit. The ice pack stays cold for about 3 hrs. It comes in a bag to use when placing in freezer.

**Q: Has anyone had a problem with the Velcro not sticking together well ?**
A: Not since I used them and I had to apply them everyday for about 90 days from post surgery.  I never had that problem at all.

**Q: How long does it stay cold for ?**
A: Hi Customer,
Please place Relief Expert Ice Pack for Leg, Knee and Hip into package included zipper bag, then place it into freezer for at least 4 hours. Make sure freezer has been set at below -0.4°F/-18℃. Then enjoy cold therapy for 15-30mins. Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes.

Okay first you should know that I'm only 5 ft 4 in tall so these are plenty big on me. I had some extra straps at home and so I put extra straps around them. I have chronic Venus insufficiency and in the middle of vein treatment which leaves my legs swollen and painful. I can only walk for a couple hours at a time. I put these in the freezer for about 5 hours and they were frozen but they are still soft. This large ice pack worked great for icing my knee after surgery and because it wraps around, it covers the entire area and I didn’t have to worry about holding it on. One side has a velvety soft lining. I didn’t even need a cloth between the ice pack and my skin. The Velcro straps were large and easy to wrap around and customize the fit. The ice pack stays cold for about 3 hrs. It comes in a bag to use when placing in freezer.

This is just as good as the foot ice packs from this same company. It doesn't wrap all the way around but it is enough for the entire leg. Soft interior makes it comfortable to wear and stays cold enough for recommended 20 minutes of icing. Any more than that and it is not good for your body. Great product
