Victrola Haley - Retro Bluetooth Record Player with CD Player - Black

Absolutely in love with this record player. I still play CDs and vinyl. Perfect for both. Easy to use, doesn't take up much space, sound is phenomenal and you can't beat the cool vintage look! Highly recommend!!

OK. First, let's get the bad out of the way first; this thing does not exude a high amount of quality. It's frankly pretty cheesy; the record player is particular is very cheaply built. That said, I think they've resolved the issue with the CD player; the drive actually seemed quite well made (it's better than most PC CD drives). The Bluetooth works well, but can be finicky. You don't want a bunch of people connecting to it, or it'll never play (if that's what you want, get one of the newer JBL bluetooth speakers with party mode). That said, I've been using it for the past week while I've been working home, and it's an absolutely perfect companion to get through the day. The thing just looks cool too. I have no idea why they included CD ripping software, but hey, if you were cryo frozen in 1998 and just thawed out, get to work on ripping some CDs! Oh, a note on the sound quality. This is not some banging party device. Again, JBL, Klipsch, Sonos, etc. make very loud Bluetooth speakers. This is a perfect device to chill with on a rainy afternoon, or just get through the workday (I typically listen to a radio show in the morning using the FM tuner, then switch to Bluetooth in the afternoon). That said, the sound quality is better than you'd expect at this price point. Overall, the thing is a really, really good value and I hope it lasts for years!

I wanted to get a new radio to have in the kitchen as we like to have music on a lot at our house. After our last radio quit working, I searched to see what was available and am super happy with this purchase. Yes, there are many of these retro-style stereos available but after seeing this one available in red and reading positive reviews, I bought it. It has the bells and whistles I was looking for and sounds good. It has a very cool look to it and lights up blue when on. There's not a of bass, but for the price, I wasn't expecting a big sound. It sounds nice in smaller rooms, plays records and CDs, plus it has an AM/FM radio. If you are wanting to add a stereo to an office or room that needs some music or simply are looking for an old-school style of radio, this one is worth the low price. It arrived quickly and I'm very happy with it!

I bought this for my four year old whose CD player went out on her stereo; the price was too hard to beat so I bought it. Disappointingly, there was not a pink version available so I got what I thought was the most feminine color given the choices available, hoping that she would like it -- for the color and sound. I was wrong. She wanted pink and loved the sound but that is another story. At any rate, the thing worked flawlessly for us; it played her CDs, the latest Lion King soundtrack in this case. I had vinyl in the garage that I just had to pull out and I was not disappointed -- it played the vinly 33RPM records just fine. However, my main issue with this devise, and that of my spouse, as well as the toddler to whom this was being gifted, is the lack of a mark on the left On/Off/Volume button (when facing the device). As a result, we are always guessing where the sound will fall when we turn the thing on. Even worse, if you insert a CD or try to play a vinyl while it is already on, we find ourselves becoming quite anxious because we do not know how high the volume is already. I placed a red arrow on the image attached so you may get the gist. This is a major oversight in my opinion, one that can-be/could-have-been easily fixed with a new knob or by adding an identifying mark to the existing On/Off/Volume knob on the Victrola 50's Retro 3-Speed Bluetooth Turntable with Stereo, CD Player and Speakers so persons will know what position the volume is set at without guessing. Other than that that we are satisfied and I took one star from the rating because of that. Needless to say, I returned the blue and bought a more girly color, with input from a four year old who has determined that teal is more on par with what she desires when pink is not available... who knew?

Was received as expected as far as looks, quality and durability. Takes up minimum space.

It's pretty cool for the price. My wife was sceptical, but loves it now. Just wish it was a bit louder. Very clear playing a CD at max. volumn, just not as loud as I wished. But I'm also kinda deaf, so there's that.

Después de esperar 3 largas semanas para recibir el producto, cuál fue mi decepción cuando al enchufarlo escuché un sonido muy desagradable y nada normal para un dispositivo electrónico ... Después de unos segundos, nuevo sonido de chasquido en el interior del dispositivo, que resultó que el dispositivo simplemente dejara de funcionar. Pido la devolución de este producto, esperando que no tarden tanto como para enviarlo. Qué pena... el tocadiscos es precioso... ¡pero no funciona! :(

The flipping thing caught fire the first time I used it and the company won't give me a refund! Admitedly I asked for an exchange or refund outside of the 30 day return window. But I hadn't had a chance to use it before then. The very first time I plugged it in, smoke started to come out of the back, it overheated and a flame came out of the back. I think this issue supersededs the 30 day return policy as its clear a faulty item. So yeah, looks cute. But just don't bother.

CAME WITH AMERICAN 2 PIN FLAT PLUG. PLUGGED IT IN WITH UK ADAPTOR LOUD BANG AND DIDNT WORK. TRIED TO RETURN BUT HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE WHICH CAME TO OVER £100 DIDNT SEEM WORTH IT AS THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE OF A REFUND GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!

Me encantó el estilo. Y se escucha muy bien, todos los modos funcionan correctamente. Y tiene buen volumen.
