Would these cut thin card for card making or more suited to just paper?

These are super sharp little scissors so yes they would cut thin card. I actually use one pair for paper and card and one pair for needlework.

Can these be used in either hand?

Hi It’s hard to say, not being left handed, the finger holes are Similar size, it’s only the blade that is reverse. At the price I would give it a try… oh and they are the best small scissors I have ever bought, really sharp

What size is the blade? Is it under 6 cm?

The cutting part of the blade is 3cm. It's ideal for cutting out small things, I use them for my Decoupage for card making.

Do these cut sharp and clean right to the tip?

Yes. The tip is also very sharp. They need the cover provided!
