I purchased this as a part of a Handyman Hal Halloween costume for a toddler. I’m surprised how adjustable it is. It fits my toddler snuggly on the smallest setting and fits adults as well. Seems comfortable. I can’t quite attest to its protection rating in a construction setting but it does protect against light hitting.
