25 years, No Problems
I'm in So. Florida and had a 5-panel system installed about 25 years ago and have had no trouble with the collectors at all. The automatic temperature controller lasted about 10 years, now I switch between heat and bypass by hand. The system keeps the pool water at 85 degrees 10 to 11 months out of the year, depending on the weather.

buyers beware
there is only solar panel the web led you to believe there is 6 the number after 4x12 6 never in my wildest dream thought they would sell 1 panel $ 800.00 mi had to pick 1 star to move foward

Extend your swim season
I had four of the twelve foot panels on the house I moved into. They worked extremely well here near Sacramento. To the previous review about the 4' x 12' 6, feet and inches are archaic and stupid. Also, someone should have used the " symbol.
