I was a bit concerned with the product when I received it because it was not packed in ice. The owner called me and took the time to explain the process, and the safety of the product. He set my mind at ease. This morning was my first try with the egg whites in my coffee. It mixed well, and was delicious. Very smooth. I'm so happy to have found this company to help me with my journey to better health and reach my daily protein goals. Just as an fyi, if you are mixing in hot liquid, it may cook the whites a bit. I allowed my coffee to cool to a 135 degree temperature, and then mixed it in.

I am not the intended customer for this product. I'm not into body building or adding additional protein to my diet for fitness purposes. However, I am a baker. Because many of my friends and family members cannot have gluten or dairy products, I made a lot of macarons and meringues. The process of separating the yolk from egg whites, aging them, and then trying to figure out something to do with all the yolks is always frustrating. This bucket of egg whites is a life-saver for me. The pump also lets me weigh out the egg whites easily--as many recipes I use are based on weight and not volume. The other day, I tried these out while making macarons--and it was a perfect batch! No problem with whipping these into glossy, firm peaks. A perfect product for a surprise demographic.

I specifically did a search for egg white powder and this popped up as a result. Shame on me for assuming that Amazon understood my request and not reading the specifics of this product. Not Egg Whites International's fault, but mine and Amazon's fault. Either way, this will be useful since my recipe calls for 32 oz. of eggs whites (liquid) and now I don't have to worry about having 35 leftover egg yolks. It needs to be refrigerated, and was still very cold when it was delivered. I'll give it 5 stars because it'll save me the hassle of cracking all those eggs! Winning!

The seal needs to be improved because when I received mine there was some spillage despite being well packaged. Once I cleaned the bottle and checked it out inside there was that initial fear of those slimy chunky egg whites you get on sunny side up eggs. But I made my protein shake and threw in one serving and I’m happy to say there’s no taste whatsoever and they really go down like water. There is a little foam at the top but you can take that off with a skimmer. I’m definitely going to up the order and get the 2 gallons just for cost’s sake. Give ‘em a try and reap the benefits.

This is what I got. I've was told by Amazon that there was nothing to be done and no offer to contact the Seller. However, the paperwork in the box had an email and as soon as I reached out to the Seller, they called! It was fabulous! They replaced the product and also, gave me valuable information about the product and it's uses and what it really is. It's totally worth talking to them. Evidently Fedex played football with the first box; as the replacement box was clean and the product was in the container and everything was clean and neat. We are looking forward to trying the eggs whites out for health benefits for my two elderly parents and we also are thinking to order larger amounts to try as a weight loss aid. This has been a very beneficial experience even though it started out a a bit on the messy side.
