Why do I receive 2 different types of wipes? Some wipes have smooth side & less smooth side. Good. Other wipes are stretchy & thick. Bad.

YES! It's like getting two completely different products. Clorox should differentiate between them. The wipes with the smooth side and rougher side, slide great over whatever I wipe. The stretchy/thicker wipes suck. They just roll up or stick together.
